Enterprise CarShare
Enterprise CarShare is an environmentally-friendly way to meet short-term vehicle needs. Residents of L'Esprit Condominiums are eligible for special terms on the Enterprise CarShare membership. One vehicle is located on-site, and several others are located nearby (at Wellesley/Jarvis, 500 Sherbourne, Church/Wood, Sherbourne/Carton).
Bicycle Rooms
Bicycle parking is available in three locations within the parking garage. There is a bicycle registration process to ensure that all bikes are registered with security. Key fobs may be programmed to provide access to the bicycle rooms.
Laundry Facilities
Although most suites in the complex have en suite laundry facilities, there are coin-operated, industrial-sized washers and dryers in the laundry room on the B1 level of 60 Homewood Avenue.
Storage Lockers
Each suite at L'Esprit is assigned a locker for extra storage. The lockers are located in the basements of both main buildings.
Garbage Facilities and Recycling
Garbage chutes are available on each floor for use between the hours of 8:00 am and 10:00 p.m.
L'Esprit is a green community that encourages recycling and composting, with bins for both - as well as garbage bins for items too large for the chutes are located in a gated outdoor storage area accessible with the standard key fob between the hours of 6:00 am and 9:00 pm.
Visitor parking is available on a first-come-first-served basis for guests, with a parking permit to be obtained from Security.
If there are no spaces available in the visitor parking area, street parking may be used. Street parking is available between 7:00 am and midnight, but is limited to 1 hour between 8:00 am and 6:00 pm. From midnight to 7:00 am street parking is restricted to permit holders.
