The four maps displayed on this page represent the four unique floor layouts in the two main buildings of L’Esprit Condominiums (MTCC905): the high-rise at 15 Maitland Place and the low-rise at 60 Homewood Avenue.

Not only do the buildings have a unique layout, they also have a number of different individual suite designs. The locations of these suites in relationship to the entire complex can be seen in the four maps below. In addition to showing the units’ relative locations, the maps also contain links to the floor plans of the individual suites.
