The Board of Directors and the Management of L’Esprit Condominiums are committed to protecting the privacy of our owners and residents. The purpose of this Privacy Policy is to inform you about L’Esprit practices relating to the collection, use and disclosure of personal information that may be provided through use of our website, or any other initiative of the Corporation.

Financial information necessary for pre-authorised payment of fees and charges;
Vehicle information [make, model, colour, license number, parking stall(s)];
Bicycle information [make, model, colour, serial number, storage location]; and

L’Esprit Condominiums uses your personal information for the following purposes:

to facilitate your use and enjoyment of the amenities and services provided by the Corporation;
to provide you with the services you have requested;
to provide you with relevant information for which you have asked;

to complete any transactions you have entered into with us including, but not restricted to, the pre-authorisation of fee;
to keep you informed of developments that affect the L’Esprit community;
to protect you and the Corporation from fraudulent activities;

L’Esprit Condominiums reserves the right to co-operate fully with local, provincial, and federal government agencies in any investigation relating to any personal information (including private electronic communications transmitted on the L’Esprit website) or any purported unlawful activities.

Your personal information is stored by L’Esprit Condominiums on-site, by the Property Management company at the site of its head office, and on the server hosting the web-site. Regardless of where your personal information is stored the protections described in this Privacy Policy will be adhered to and you will be able to access and update your personal information as described below.

L’Esprit Condominiums retains your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected and to comply with applicable laws.
